You have communicated with and handled Western clients in the past even if this may be from a different industry and have achieved results and recognition because of your good performance.

Your industry experience is not as important as your ability to achieve the results required. This is a unique opportunity for you to be trained to handle all functions in hiring from compiling the position description, ad writing, screening, interviewing and reference checks.
The role will be fast paced and highly admin-based. There will be deadlines to achieve and you will be provided with challenges to prove yourself. For the right person, there is the opportunity to become a Project Manager in the future where you will handle more client liaison if this is the path that interests you.
Performia is part of an international chain of 26 countries with the Asian head office based in Melbourne Australia. You’ll be in communication with the Australian team which consists of our Client Services Manager based in Cebu who also started in the same role as you four years ago.
You will be working between the hours of 8:30 am and 6:00 pm Australian timezone and will be required to ensure you complete all of your tasks on time without follow up from your Manager. You’ll be working from home with all systems being cloud-based however need to be willing to relocate to an office within Cebu if/when Performia sets up an office.
